I am Mir Atta Muhammad Talpur, and my life’s work operates at the intersection of diverse disciplines and geographies.
Based in Melaka, Malaysia since 2005, but deeply rooted in the soil of Sindh, Pakistan, I serve as a strategic bridge between Southeast Asia and South Asia. My career is not defined by a single title, but by a continuous evolution—from clinical medicine to health systems management, and finally to international trade and sustainable agriculture.
Whether guiding a business on market entry strategies or overseeing organic mango cultivation, my approach remains the same: Integrity, sustainability, and strategic precision.
From The Clinic to The Boardroom
My professional journey began in medicine. I practiced as a Medical Doctor (MBBS) from 1988 to 2005 and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Systems Management from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (University of London).

While I transitioned from clinical practice to business consultancy over two decades ago, the discipline of a physician remains the core of my business philosophy. In medicine, prescription without diagnosis is malpractice. In business, I apply that same rigor: Diagnose the challenge, prescribe the strategy, and monitor the results.

Today, I lead a portfolio of ventures under the Sherwah Group umbrella. We operate with a vision to connect markets and cultivate quality.
- Sherwah Ventures (Malaysia): My Malaysian headquarters focuses on international trade, sourcing, and the distribution of Home & Living products. We bridge the supply chain gap between ASEAN manufacturers and global markets.
- Sherwah Enterprises & Farm (Pakistan): Located in Mirpurkhas and Tando Allahyar, Sindh, this is where my passion for the land comes alive. We focus on organic agriculture, specifically high-quality mango farming and agroforestry. We are committed to modernizing traditional farming to ensure sustainability for future generations.
- Indonesia Presence: Through long-standing partnerships and a strategic network in Indonesia, I facilitate trade and market entry for clients looking to tap into Southeast Asia’s largest economy.
