- Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once payment has been cleared in our account. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Client Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit.
- Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend the session (“No-Show”), will result in forfeiture of 100% of the fee. No refunds will be given.
- Our Cancellation: If we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund or a rescheduled slot. This is our only liability in such an event.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and reports provided during consultation, is the property of Dr. Mir Atta Muhammad Talpur. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without our express written permission.
